The weekly-rate for the private rental of our villa depends on the period and on the number of persons of your group. All the rental rates below are rates per week (unless otherwise mentioned) based upon a reservation of minimum 2 weeks. For a 1-week rental applies a 10% surcharge.

All taxes are included. The final cleaning fee, utilities (electricity, water, gas, .. ) and the (optional) rental of linen and towelsets are not included in the above mentioned rates; see details below.

- Above mentioned rates are per week and are exclusive the obliged final cleaning fee (Euro 250) and utilities. For the costs of utilities (electricity, gas, water, telephone and heating jacuzzi & pool) a minimum amount of Euro 295 per week is charged. If the consumption of electricity, gas, water, heating and telephone is more than this amount this will be settled with the security/damage- deposit. Use of broadband internet is free/unlimited.
- A kitchen linenset as well as quilts and pillows are provided; bed-linen-sets can be rented as an option (Euro 17 per person). Towel-sets can also be rented extra (Euro 11 per person). A towel-set consists of 1 big beach-towel and 3 normal towels.
- From the end of October until the beginning of April it is sometimes possible to rent “La Citronneraie” for a long weekend; rates are upon request.
- At the time of booking a 35% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your reservation for “Villa La Citronneraie”. The remaining balance is due maximum 2 months prior to arrival.
- The refundable security/damage deposit for “La Citronneraie” is Euro 2500.
- The normal changeover day is Saturday; the normal rental-period is from Saturday arrival after 17:30 (5:30 pm) until Saturday departure before 09:30 (9:30 am). Outside mid- and high-season it is sometimes possible to arrange different days and/or times. If the villa is not rented the week before or after arriving and departure times are flexible.
- For cancellations until 2 months before the beginning of the rentalperiod the cancellationcosts are 35%. For cancellation within the 2 months before the beginning of the rentalperiod there apply 100% cancellationcosts of the rentalrates. Additional booked items as costs of final cleaning, rental of linen- and towelsets, etc. will be refunded entirely
- Children and pets are allowed after consultation.
- Before a booking is accepted we would like to be informed about the composition of the group, ages of the guests, etc. Foregoing a booking we reserve the right to refuse a booking-request.
If the villa is available we can put an option for you. We can hold this option for maximum 3 days. Within these days there will not be accepted bookings by other clients for the requested rentalperiod. After these 3 days the option expires automatically. If you want to book “La Citronneraie” definitively we ask you to confirm this within these 3 days in writing (by e-mail or fax). Subsequently we send you a confirmation and the rental-agreement.
On the day of arrival the villa-coordinator will be at Villa La Citronneraie to welcome you and your guests. We will provide you with 3 keys of the main-house together with 3 sets of remote controls for the entrance-gate. Furthermore you will get a tour through the house during which everything will be explained to you. Our villa coordinator will also be happy to give you advise regarding for instance the best way of transportation, shopping, sightseeing, etc. For the electronical equipment there are multilingual manuals.
