"Our family reunion at "Villa-la-Citronneraie" was a TDF (to die for)
week (there were 13 of us). If nothing else, the pool and terrace area
which overlooked Nice and the sea helped create this memorable time in
our lives. From the immaculate, comfortable, and very quiet bedrooms to
the modern, well-equipped kitchen to the very spacious living/dining
room we were totally satisfied; even as the heat outside rose, the air
conditioning and the lovely pool (which could be lit at night) relaxed
and refreshed us. The owners (Anita and Joost Peeters) were beyond
professional in their attempts to make our stay pleasant and were within
a phone call away when we had questions. Their warmth and sincere
friendliness went beyond the typical agent/renter requirement. We would
highly recommend Villa-la-Citronneraie to anyone who wishes to rent a
villa which is exactly as pictured on the website and wants an
experience TDF.

"We had a lovely two weeks in Villa la Citronneraie. The view from
the villa is stunning, by day and night. We were a party of 16
plus several small children and the overall spaciousness of the
villa, together with the rooms all having private bath/shower rooms,
meant that we never felt crowded.
With several keen cooks in the party, we loved the kitchen which was
extremely well equipped and we had some memorable meals - our
maximum for dinner was 17 and how great to have a table big enough
to accommodate that.
We were also very impressed with the standard of cleanliness to
which we arrived."

einem Kongreß teilnahm.
Der Interauftritt gefiel uns sehr und wir buchten die Villa La
Citronneraie. Ein wunderschönes, gut ausgestattetes und sehr gepflegtes
Haus mit kleinen Nebenhäusern auf dem terrassierten Grundstück gaben uns
die nötige Ruhe zum Arbeiten. Auf der Sonnenterasse und im großzügigen
Wohnzimmer war das Entspannen ein Genuß!
Auch
der superwarme Jacouzzie mit wunderschönem Blick über Nizza war ein
Highlight! Der hervorragende Eindruck vor Ort wurde ergänzt
durch eine reibungslose Abwicklung.

the stunning views will never compare to seeing them for real.
Although up in the hills, our group found it very easy to get
around either by taxi, coach or bus. I would recommend Villa La
Citronneraie to anyone who wants both the beauty and tranquility
of the villa and its surroundings plus the liveliness of the
city of Nice.
I am already trying to think of a reason to go back and would

Nice. Although we hadn't seen each other in up to 48 years or met some
of the wives, we were able to have a wonderful time. Thanks to your
villa, we were able to visit the Cote d'Azur during the day and have
dinner and spend the evening at the villa together. Each couple agreed
to prepare the meal for the group for one evening during our stay, so we
could spend a lot of time reminiscing. There was enough privacy with
separate bedrooms and baths, that nobody felt crowded or in the way.

"As party of seven we felt that we might “rattle” a bit but on the
contrary we found the house extremely comfortable and both spacious

place for expeditions when lazing around the pool became too warm.

Villa was superior. View over the city of Nice and the Mediterranean,
